This banana boat has nothing to do with sun screen!
My wife, Kim, is a very creative person. She is also very talented. Those two go together very well. However, one of the things I like best about her is that she knows when to just have fun with her creativity. This is actually quite hard for a creative and talented, type-A artist to do. Regardless, she has mastered this balance and our family is better for it. One of my favorite ways she uses this gift is with fun food creations. Our kids love them as well!

Kim and I try hard to feed our family healthy food. One area this gets difficult is snacks. Cheerios get old after a while and fresh fruit is often expensive or poorly received. We thought about granola bars or cereal bars but they are a long way from healthy and can be expensive to keep in stock.
